The Design Philosophy
In continuation with our research on fabric, we created this interesting pattern with an irregular overlapping of four layers of poplin fabric. We called it Savannah, as it reminds us of the sky of the African Savannah at dawn.
The table tripod is also a much-appreciated stand for its elegance and stability — this antique-black finish gives it a structural harmony that sets it apart from the crowd. The brass knobs used to tighten the legs are handmade and sand-casted in our Auroville workshop. It is the perfect luminaire for connoisseurs of minimalist and contemporary architectural style.
