At Jielde Elegance, we take great care to make every step of the delivery process smooth, safe, and efficient across India.
Pan-India Delivery & Transit Times
All orders are produced and dispatched during our business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding national and Puducherry Union Territory holidays.
- Production & Dispatch: Once we receive your order, your customized lampshade or handcrafted lighting piece is carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 business days.
- Door-to-Door Delivery: Delivered across India with an estimated transit time of 2 to 6 working days, depending on the destination.
- Secure Protective Packaging: Since our lighting creations are handcrafted and delicate, they are packed with reinforced cushioning designed specifically for fragile transit.
Delivery Inspection & Replacement
We request customers to inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
24-Hour Damage Notification Window
In the unlikely event that your luminaire arrives damaged during transit, please contact us with clear photographs of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our team will assess the claim and promptly arrange a replacement of the damaged component or the complete product.
Note: Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations simply because a customer has changed their mind after delivery.
