1. Handcrafted Nature of Products
Every lighting piece from Jielde Elegance is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Auroville using natural materials including cane, silk, banana fibre, and antique aged wood. Due to the organic nature of these materials, subtle variations in wood grain, cane tone, and fabric texture are natural characteristics that make each creation unique.
2. Orders & Production Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (excluding national & Puducherry Union Territory holidays). Delivery across India is estimated between 2 to 6 working days.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments can be securely made via PayU India (Cards, NetBanking, UPI), Cash on Delivery, or Direct Transfer.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry / Tamil Nadu.
