1-Year Studio Electrical Warranty

All Jielde Elegance luminaires are backed by a 1-Year Studio Warranty covering:

• E27 Phenolic threaded bulb holders and internal copper wiring.
• Hand switches, inline foot switches, and standard 2-pin / 3-pin power plugs.
• Welded structural joints on powder-coated MS steel and solid brass components.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines

• Shades (Cane & Silk): Gently dust with a soft dry microfiber cloth or a soft bristle brush. Do not immerse in water or use harsh chemical solvents.
• Timber Bases: Our timber is aged 80–200 years and naturally seasoned. Maintain its natural luster by occasionally wiping with natural wood polish.
